Through the YMCA’s  strengthening community, patients diagnosed with prediabetes, can successfully  make lifestyle changes. Goals are set and administered by a trained coach in a group based wellness program. Patients are provided support necessary to adopt behaviors recommended to improve their condition.Ongoing programs offered, serving Ansonia, Derby, Bridgeport, Milford and other localities
